Medical Records and IT

As employees’ medical records are defined as ‘sensitive personal data’ under the Data Protection Act (“DPA”), these records should be held and maintained by qualified medical staff and not made available to personnel within your company.

Our Clinical Services Team takes responsibility for maintaining these records centrally, securely and confidentially in accordance with the DPA and the Access to Medical Records Act.
