Client Services on My Portal
This is area of the web site allows clients to access their personalised materials and keep track of the medical records we hold on employees. It is also used by our doctors and nurses to download materials, access medical records and submit medical reports.
My Portal personalises for clients:

- Managers Manual
- Employees Handbook
- News on legal cases and changes to legislation
- Information on Employee Rights and Consents
- Information on holding Medical Records
- Client forms
- Pre Employment Health Questionnaires
Clients also have online access to My Records, an area that provides restricted access to cases we have reported on or are currently in progress. It contains historic health surveillance reports/ certificates of fitness and recall dates for relevant employees.
Client forms and handbooks
The Managers Manual is provided to all new clients and distributed to managers, to support them when dealing with sickness absence cases. The manual also provides information on procedures to follow, trigger levels for sickness absence and how to access telephone support.
The Employees Handbook is distributed either by a clients intranet or as a booklet and is designed to inform them of the benefits of the service, and when and how they are able to use it. The handbook also provides health advice in relation to common illnesses and how to access further specialist information.
We tailor our Pre Employment Health Questionnaires to each client depending on the issues most relevant to their employees and their working environment. This means each company will have a Pre Employment Health Questionnaire appropriate to their risks, thereby reducing the administration costs incurred by their HR department and our Clinical Services Team. These can be downloaded from My Portal.

On line health programmes
We provide two on line course to help employees improve their health, which are either accessed from this site using a password or we make them available on your companys intranet. To review an evaluation copy, please request a guest password by clicking here.
My Records
This area allows you to keep track of the medical records we hold on your employees. You will be able to see who has completed a PEHQ; who has been referred to our Clinical Services Team for a sickness absence management report; what work is in progress and what reports we have sent to you in the past.
HML Clinical Service Team Contact Details
Each client is provided with a Chief Medical Officer, who is their first point of contact. We also provide back up contact details in case of emergencies. These contact details can be accessed using My Portal.
Employee Rights and Consents
Our summary of Employees Rights and other advice to HR departments in relation to procedures, consents, medical records and ethics are accessed using My Portal.
