Chief Medical Officer

Your CMO will be an advocate on your side. She will help you interpret the language of doctors and take responsibility from you for advising on the medical issues associated with employees.

One of our Consultant Occupational Physicians will act as your Chief Medical Officer. They will carry out site visits if rquired, will provide you with telephone support whenever required, and will provide you with expert medical advice in the following areas:

Compliance with current legislation
Health promotion
Medical referral process
Appropriate healthcare and wellness programmes etc
Health surveillance
Annual reviews of OH provision
Managers’ Manuals
Employees’ Handbooks
Training of line managers
