Our Approach to Managing Sickness Absence

We provide you with a tailored clinical service that your HR department can use to control sickness absence. We will advise you and provide support in three key areas:

We will first appoint you with a Chief Medical Officer, a senior Consultant Occupational Physician, who will advise you on reducing sickness absence particularly in relation to your policies, training line managers, risk management etc. We will also provide you with telephone support through out the year, so you are able to discuss all matters relating to ill health in the workplace with your Chief Medical Officer.
