Leeds Occupational Health is a leading independent provider of occupational healthcare services across the Yorkshire and Humber region.
Our clinical team is led by Dr. Jackie Senior, in consultation with Health Management Ltd and a team of clinical nurses. We manage and take responsibility for your occupational health needs in three ways:
1. Absence Management
We work with you to reduce absence rates, by providing you with a Chief Medical Officer, who is responsible for advising you on all medical issues in the workplace. All referrals are managed at our conveniently located city centre premises where employees are seen by our clinical team.
We will also support you in training of line managers and putting in place nurse led case management to target short and medium term absence.
Every client is different. We tailor our services to meet your needs and business objectives.
2. Risk Management
We help you avoid unnecessary claims, reduce insurance premiums and improve staff wellbeing by putting in place cost effective risk management programmes, which may include Pre Employment Questionnaires; on site Health Surveillance; Wellness Assessments; or Employee Assistance Programmes.
3. OH Consultancy
Our senior consultants have acted for many large corporates and understand what is required to provide a high quality occupational healthcare service. We will undertake a Strategic Review of your existing in house occupational health service and any third party service providers and assess whether these are meeting your objectives. We will ensure you get better value for money from your existing contracts and advise on ‘Invitations to Tenders’ on your behalf.
